I have been dealing with marshes for about 4years now and I have nothing but good things to say about Mark and the gang .I have bought about from them this year and they ha been very helpful. I would like to thank them for a great summer.
Drove 45 minutes to pick up parts to find out that their website which said they closed at 1 was incorrect for Polaris parts. The part of the store I needed closed at noon, but of course nobody could pick up nor return my phone calls. I had to drive there to find out that the girl in the parts department couldn’t get me the parts I needed. This was a beyond frustrating experience standing in the parts department unable to get the parts needed.
Do not do your business here. Go to Bass pro shops instead, worth the drive. I bought a $60 000 boat from them(Regrettably). I noticed it had scratches and notified them. George and Mark the salespeople accused me that I did these myself. Luckily, I took pictures on Day 1. After showing them clear evidence of multiple scratches from angles taken on delivery day they now changed their story to there is nothing they can do since I "drove it out the lot." Additionally, they gave me my boat back after 20 hour service and it didn't even start. I had to go back to them again to get it fixed. When they gave it back it was full of metal drill shavings, mud, etc... Spend your hard earned money elsewhere these salesmen are crooks have no honour, pride, or respect in their work.
2025 review for a purchase in 2023 “new” boat package— Bought a 2023 StarCraft Stealth. I initially wrote a scathing review with our experience, I later removed it. We recently paid off the boat —now it’s ours. Problem? They sold us a demo, period. Telling us it was brand new. The motor is a 2021, not a 2023 even though the ownership reads 2023. All guages have fogged up, the prop is the wrong size for the boat. The motor install was too high and not centered )1” off centre. I fixed it myself. Batteries were all 2021 as well. Plus a lot things the most recent negative review mentioned — I concur. I’m keeping this short. I’m only scratching the surface. Expensive education for my wife and I. But now I’ve personally got this boat how I like it. We’re keeping it until we sell it privately and we’ll NEVER GO BACK TO MARSHES MARINE AGAIN. And Rod? Retire! And the owner? Sell the place.
Great place to deal with. Above board. No agenda. Fair from start to finish of your sale. Marsh's is worth the drive. You will be glad you give them a try.
Worst customer service I have ever had. My boat was there 5 weeks told it would be 2 weeks and they did nothing except take it apart. I had told them to fix it but they where so slow I picked it up in pieces..... Fixed it myself after they charged me. I was done in an hour. They wanted $900.00 claiming lower unit needed new gears.... it needed a cable adjustment. Grrrr
